Why FreeDriveMovie doesn’t host files directly – for Users safety

Ever wondered why sites like ours don’t host files directly? Firstly hosting files on one’s own servers is very costly. High bandwidth cost, high cpu usage and with millions users monthly we can’t keep up the server with the ads revenue. I mean it’s not feasible to keep a movie series on the site’s own server. There are 9K+ movies and 2K series on our sites. It’s not possible economically or technically,

Here on FreeDriveMovie we mostly relied on Google Drive storage because it’s the best in the market, good speed and good api support and very flexible. There are other options but not very reliable like google. But here is the catch we can’t share direct google drive public link because in a second  copyright will suspend that link and that content or the google drive account will be gone after few copyright violations. So here is how we bypass it, we have direct download links which is a proxified links of google drive using some script we make direct links which works just fine. It gives us an edge to online stream our content also. We have a backend link checker script so any of our links are barely down, if anything is down we get notification from our backend and we immediately fix it. Along with direct links we also use third party services like GDFLIX and GDTOT they are 3rd party google drive link sharers. They create multiple clones of the files and provide links from multiple sources and users get a good experience. It works as a backup layer for our files. Users can directly save a copy of the files in their google drive using these services also for later use cases if they want. Along with this we also use mega for a backup of our files.

How does it help our users? Unlike torrent our direct links can’t be traced so our users privacy is protected. We do value our user’s privacy. We don’t collect  and store any data from our users at all. By doing this we ensure user’s safety and make sure they get a good experience with FreeDriveMovie.org 

We regularly innovate new script and techniques to give our user better experience and make sure they get better results with no broken links of any movie or series. Our script regularly monitors all the links so it’s very unlikely to show any down links.
