Each family member arrives with a hidden agenda, primarily centered around the sale of the ancient property, which their deceased patriarch was unwilling to part with.

As the family squabbles over the mansion’s fate, strange and sinister events begin to unfold. A young girl, Sayali, starts sensing a ghostly presence, while other family members mysteriously vanish or meet untimely deaths. The long-time caretaker, Gonya (played by Kishor Kadam), an enigmatic figure burdened with secrets, observes these events with a disturbing sense of knowing.
